- Supervising a team composed by 2 members with a long term contract portfolio of 350M€ and yearly materials spot orders value close to 5M€/year - Purchasing department processes and procedures retesting with the aim of promoting standardization while fostering costs optimization and efficiency increase - As a result of the retesting exercise, developed and internally disseminated: o new purchasing department procedures, forms and tools o precise metrics and ad-hoc digital tools to ensure a data driven approach to contract portfolio life-cycle management and spend monitoring o set of Key Performances Indicators (KPIs) to foster a structured performance evaluation process o ad hoc policies and procedures to enhanced Company’s compliance with safety related regulations (e.g. Legislative Decree 81/08) - Achieved cost optimization landed to more than 5M€ savings in 24 months exercising analytical and negotiational skills - Focus on digitalization and transformation to E-Procurement through successful Jaggaer implementation for scouting, suppliers’ qualification and performances evaluation

- Developing, implementing and executing strategic sourcing and negotiating practices, processes and techniques across multiple business segments (Operations, Engineering and Regulatory) - Identifying, developing and leading projects related to cost reduction/containment, contract portfolio optimization and service improvements - Advisory services on operational and engineering reference markets, allowing alignment with market best practices and trends - Monitor and maintain agreements by taking corrective actions against suppliers not adhering to contractual terms and conditions

- Multi-year Operations Department budget data collection, consolidation and reconciliation, gap analysis via SAP; - Operations, Maintenance, Logistics and Marine contracts status monthly analysis, periodical monitoring, and reconciliation via SAP; - Responsible for turbine and general maintenance contracts (SOW definition, amendments evaluation and finalisation, gap analysis); - Internal auditor (Controls Integrity Management System coordinator for Operations): - Department): - -responsible for conducting bi-yearly internal audit on Operations, Maintenance, Marine and Logistics Departments; - - Responsible for supporting Quotaholders Audit Team; - - Developer and responsible for Operations Monthly Controls Calendar (definition areas of interests, data collection, analysis and potential solutions)
