• Ensure that engineering work of the team adheres to quality, safety, cost and schedule requirements for global warehouse hand/rider electric trucks. • Lead and motivate international team to complete tasks and projects within the deadlines. • Propose, design and validate technical improvements and cost savings opportunities on class 2 and class 3 electric trucks. • Support operation functions during production process implementation of new products or modifications of existing ones. • Work in conjunction with other departments (manufacturing, service, quality) to provide technical support. • Troubleshoot and correct problem with test setups on the machine.

• Size electrical components and devices: electrical motor, power controller, battery, contactor, fuse, wire harness. • Define requirements, select and integrate electrical components in the product. • Contribute to the implementation, testing and validation of new hardware solutions collaborating with test department. • Propose, evaluate and validate innovative solution for semi-automatic truck.

• Evaluate application on-site and proposing suitable solution to the customer for electrical motor and power motor controller. • Communicate customer's requirements to technical team and support the development phase of AC induction motors. • Support customer during first installation of the product and field issue. • Handle certifications process: test, documentation, relation with accredited inspectors.

• Design permanent magnet electrical motors in collaboration with University of Bologna.

• Perform experimental measurements of electromagnetic efficiency in electrical machines. • Perform real-time data acquisition system and analyze data using bench test and Matlab routines.

• Courses: rotating electrical machines, electrical drives, automotive, transmission system of electrical energy, renewable energy. • Thesis on iron losses of induction machines.

• Master's thesis about influence of cutting processes on iron losses in electrical machines. The work was part of a research project concerning the losses in electrical machines conducted by the Research Group of Electromechanics of Aalto University.
