Modelled and structured a $580M syndicated loan for a 372 MW combined-cycle thermal power plant (Re-al Assets/Infrastructure). • Valuation and Modelling: Performed rigorous financial analysis and modelling, building complex models from scratch (DCF, trading & transaction comps) to support acquisition activities (e.g., $22M M&A mandate). • Execution & Presentation: Actively participated in the review and execution of investment opportunities, taking charge of the preparation of presentation materials (IMs, teasers) for credit committees. • Operational & Portfolio Management: Supported buy-side due diligence and ESG initiatives, developing a strong founda-tion for asset management and portfolio oversight.
