* To manage the implementation infrastructure projects (small, Medium and large) in the area of ATM machine for Smart Card related project. *  Identifying the scope and build the work plan (Project Management Plan and WBS): *  Objectives *  Scope *  Risks *  Approach *  Budget *  Identify project procedure to be used *  Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues. *  Ensure that the solution follows the Quality standard for the project. *  Managing the scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through change management process. *  Defining and collecting metrics to report if the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable (Architecture & Design review report, Test progress and defect status report etc…). *  Managing the work plan and make sure work is assigned and completed on time and according to the budget for testing.

* To manage the implementation of a Testing infrastructure throughout the 13 projects and to manage the infrastructure and application testing : *  Identifying the scope and build the work plan (Project Management Plan and WBS): *  Objectives *  Scope *  Risks *  Approach *  Budget *  Identify project procedure to be used *  Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues. *  Ensure that the solution follows the Quality standard for the project. *  Managing the scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through change management process. *  Defining and collecting metrics to report if the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable (Architecture & Design review report, Test progress and defect status report etc…). *  Managing the work plan and make sure work is assigned and completed on time and according to the budget for testing.

* Manager (Testing and Configuration Management) * Overall project responsibility (plans, budgets, resourcing) * Prepare and present strategies and define how testing can support all projects * Preparing, developing and implementing the test system design * Provide technical efficiency for all stages of testing and assure quality of the work * Identify and implement improvements * Training, Coaching, Mentoring * Scheduling and assigning work * Monitor team performance and metrics * Analyzing and solving problems * Providing test support and technical support to the project as a whole and User liaison, with management * Creation and management of the project's software baseline * Development, maintenance and distribution of the SCM plans, standards, procedures * Management of the access to the software baseline * Creation of products from the software baseline * Production and distribution of SCM report * Responsible of tools to support the SCM activities * Training, Coaching, Mentoring
