About
At 29, I took on the leadership of the HR department at RACA, one of the most well-known institutions in Jordan. Managing a team and overseeing HR operations from A to Z, I report directly to top management and ensure that every aspect of human resources runs efficiently and strategically. I lead and supervise all HR functions, including: ✅ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment – Attracting and hiring top talent. ✅ Employee Relations & Engagement – Fostering a positive and productive workplace. ✅ Performance Management – Driving growth through structured evaluations. ✅ Compensation & Benefits – Ensuring competitive and fair rewards. ✅ Training & Development – Upskilling employees for continuous improvement. ✅ HR Policies & Compliance – Maintaining legal and organizational standards. After university, I began my career in HR and quickly realized this was where I truly belonged. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with renowned institutions such as KHCF, Dar Al Omran, Key Global Group, and now RACA. Each experience contributed to my growth, allowing me to develop strong expertise in managing people, culture, and HR strategies. My journey started long before any career milestones. In 7th grade, I began volunteering, which shaped my work ethic and passion for helping others. During university, I worked part-time jobs that helped me improve my communication skills and connect with people from all walks of life. These experiences gave me the confidence to work with diverse teams and leaders today. Every challenge in HR is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, and I am proud to lead a department that directly influences an institution’s success.
