Managed the company through strategic shift of focus from ERP implementation to IT security. Over six years, GMS averaged annual sales growth in excess of 30%, tripled its headcount, opened offices in three additional cities, and achieved sustained profitability. Secured regional distribution rights from key vendor, spanning Panama, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia.

Managed sales, maketing and corporate relations. Consolidated Sales & Marketing department, growing the team from three to twelve people. Diversified GMS' product and service portfolio, nearly tripling revenue despite erosion in company's prior core business (ERP implementation).

School transportation management and bus tracking platform successfully sold to TripSpark, part of Constellation Software (TSX: CSU).
