In charge of the establishment of the whole department of Clinical Psychology; ● Managed and participated in 3 research projects in all stages of project life cycle including site start-up, recruitment phase, follow up phase and study closure. ● Developed project timeline and recruitment strategy for projects and delivered results. Responsible for ethical review board and regulatory submission including study application, study amendment, study annual status report and adverse event reporting. ● Clinical Rater for the clinical trials/diagnosis/treatment that focus on CNS, psychiatric disorders (Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Bipolar, Major Depression Disorder, Substance Disease etc.) and neurological disorders (Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia etc.) ● Perform visits/ratings on study participants to determine levels of functioning and create a clinical impression of the subject’s symptomatology throughout the duration of the research study. ● Conduct individual and group psychological consultation and treatment among cancer patients, caregivers and also hospital staffs.

● Review, monitor, and proactively address issues regarding study level metrics to ensure the scientific integrity is maintained and all necessary analyses and remediations are conducted and effectively communicated. ● Trained in eCOA based applications for Independent Ratings and Independent reviews involving quality control of the assessment of dementia people per the Study Specific Protocols from multiple Sponsors. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and severity assessments via video or telephone with clinical trial subjects presenting with dementia. (Biogen, Lilly, Pfizer, Greenvalley, etc.) ● Scales reviewed: ADAS-cog, MMSE, ADCS-ADL, CDR, RBANSS etc. ● Proactively participated in raising issues and resolutions in the calibration of clinical teams, conduct rater training events, and remediations as specified in the study-specific training plans. ● GCP/ICH, GDPR and CCPA, SOP training time and again
