- Guarantee Client Satisfaction: I meticulously review and qualify candidates submitted by recruiters, ensuring they meet all client requirements before presentation. - Quality Control Expert: I review and approve assessments created by recruiters, ensuring they align with client needs. Additionally, I approve both client and job descriptions before they reach their respective audiences. - Process Optimization Champion: I develop and refine position assessments, case study evaluations, and personality tests. I also maintain and build new SOPs for the recruiting team, ensuring optimal efficiency. - Data-Driven Decisions: I analyze client requirements to establish benchmarks for candidate quality and improve overall retention. Additionally, I provide KPI reporting and data analysis for the recruiting team. - Innovation & Growth: I contribute innovative ideas to expand HireLATAM's brand and reach.
