- Managing the full employee lifecycle for ~100 employees, from recruitment to off-boarding - Partner with hiring managers to create job postings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews to ensure high-quality talent acquisition. - Prepare employment contracts, coordinate onboarding processes, and delivering training to support smooth employee integration. - Administering payroll, bonuses, and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction. - Overseeing employee relations and offboarding processes, including contract management and exit procedures, maintaining a structured and compliant HR framework.

- Applicant management and participation in recruitment processes - Responsible for the management and recruitment of student assistants in the School Office - Processing teaching assignments as part of lecturer activities - Data maitenance and documentation for professorship procedures.

- Identify and assess training needs to design and implement the company’s annual training program and content strategy. - Collaborate closely with external training providers and internal stakeholders to develop tailored training topics aligned with business objectives. - Contribute to key HR initiatives, including employee career development, leadership training programs, and other strategic projects. - Oversee the global onboarding process, including the organization of induction training, content refinement, and consistent rollout across all regions. - Manage employee transfers between subsidiaries, handling end-to-end processes such as visa coordination, onboarding, and integration into new roles and locations.

- Lead recruitment activities in Asia by coordinating with local headhunting agencies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and organizing candidate interviews. - Support recruitment efforts across the EMEA region by scheduling interviews, collecting post-interview feedback from hiring managers, and preparing candidate evaluation reports. - Handle a variety of HR administrative tasks, including drafting employment contracts, preparing work certificates, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding procedures.

- Collaborate and coordinate with recruitment and staffing partners to support hiring and onboarding processes. - Work closely with accounting service providers to manage compensation and benefits administration. - Plan, design, and implement team training and development frameworks to support continuous growth. - Maintain and enhance employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Support the Sales Director in managing invoices and maintaining customer data records.

- Coordinate and organize dialogues and training programs between Chinese and German governments and businesses, while also supporting companies at trade fairs in both China and Germany. - Manage key projects with high-profile partners, including the EU Patent Office, State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO), Bavarian Gardens Bureau, Shanghai Forestry Bureau, Bavarian State Sports Bureau, Guangdong Provincial Sports Commission, BMW Group, and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Group.

- Advise executives and employees on personnel management matters, providing strategic guidance and solutions. - Conduct interviews with candidates in both German and English, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. - Record and maintain employee data in the personnel management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Plan and support internal events and training programs to foster employee engagement and development. - Drive continuous improvement in the HR function by optimizing processes and implementing best practices.
