As the IT Infrastructure Manager for Tier 3 Datacentres across Brazil, I oversee the local IT operations and manage contracts with both local and offshore providers. My responsibilities also include financial management, with a budget exceeding 5 million Reais per year, where I oversee both capex and opex expenditures. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, I provide project consultancy, design, and implementation services for Brazil's market. As a result, I work closely with internal business areas to ensure their IT needs are met and that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Overall, I pride myself on my stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders involved to ensure seamless IT operations across all sites.

As the leader of the PMO team, I was responsible for managing pre-sales activities and designing IT solutions such as Microsoft, Storage, Network, and Virtualization. I collaborated with sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, present solutions to clients, and provide technical assistance throughout the sales process. By effectively meeting the needs of our clients, we were able to deliver successful projects. In addition, I oversaw delivery teams and provided third-level support for ongoing services. I ensured that projects were delivered on time, within budget, and met quality standards.
