In 2019, I did joined Huawei Malaysia as management trainee to complete my internship of my Bachelor's Degree in International Business. After my internship ended, I got opportunity to work oversea (Huawei Indonesia). I am the first person who hired from Malaysia to join Indonesia as Huawei's new recruitment project. Currently has 5 years oversea working experiences. From 2019 to present, I got opportunity from company to handle several position such as : a) Key Account Retail Manager : manage retail department which cooperated with the biggest electronic company group in Indonesia ; b) Huawei Experience Shop Operation Manager : Manage all Huawei Brand Shop in Indonesia and able to ensure 90% of profit rate monthly; c) Regional Business Head : Handle Sales team management of Sumatera and Sulawesi; d) Huawei Store development : Develop new store and handle as retail merchandising management. Currently handle retail GTM position, all about project management, retail store management and etc. Able to speak multiple language and able to use basic excel analysis and power point presentation. Last but no least, currently willing to work based on Home country which is Malaysia.
