1. Registered SHO / RPO / CePSWaM with 20 years of working experience in Manufacturing environment, specializing in EHS (10+ years), Production Operations (1.5 years) and QA/QC (4 years). 2. Experience is managed factories in different countries. Beside manage EHS department in STMicroelectronics Sdn. Bhd. via 8 months Short Term Assignment to handle EHS Department in STMicroelectronics in Malta.. 3. Experience in leading a committee consisting of members from different countries across Southeast Asia (SEA) to: a) Integrate and establish Regional (SEA) EHS standard. Developed Regional EHS Standard which served as a guideline for Rockwool Factories across SEA. b) Develop and establish Regional (SEA) Cross-Factory Safety and Housekeeping Audit Template. Carry out audit in Rockwool factories across SEA by using developed audit template. 4. Experience in leading a team consist of members from various department to successful completion of Customer Audit, RBA Audit, Corporate EHS Audit, EMAS Audit and EHS Compliance Audit without any Major Finding. 5. Experience in leading a committee consist of members from various department to successful completion of Yearly Plant Wide Emergency Evacuation Drill and EHS week. 6. Experience in Process Safety Management and involve in review modification of change in the plant and participate in plant Hazard Study activity for major change in the plant. 7. Sound knowledge in executing various EHS programs/initiatives and audit across diverse companies and industries through following participation: a) Join Malaysia Semiconductor Industry Association (MSIA) as Sustainability Committee member (November 2022 – Present) b) Join Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) Negeri Johor as ESH Committee member. (July 2018 – Present) c) Join Chemical Industries Council of Malaysia (CICM) as Auditor for CICM Responsible Care Award. (Oct 2013- June 2018) d) Join Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) Negeri Sembilan as auditor for EHS Excellence Award. (Oct 2013- June 2018) 8. Well-verse in ISO14001 and ISO 45001 standards and certification process and helping company to obtain continual certification.
