Teaching English to Japanese students aged 15-18 in a Senior High School in Southern Japan. As the only overseas teacher in a school with over 1000 students, I had a key role in the English language curriculum and improving the standards of oral communication. I also ran an after school English club and was involved in summer camps and speech contests.

I joined Page Personnel as a Resourcer focusing on the attraction and generation of candidates in the Finance Sector. Working to targets, I recruited staff at all levels for key clients. Specialist areas included payroll, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, accounts administration, part qualified accountants and senior finance managers.

Managing clinical vacancies across over 50 homes in the UK. Analysing agency expenditure and quality ratings to drive recruitment in key care homes and lead 2 recruitment advisors focusing on hard to fill vacancies.
