I led a team of ~50 scientists to build and deliver a portfolio of antibody (incl.bispecifics) and small molecule assets to clinical candidate stage. This included the full range of research activities from target selection and preclinical research through to clinical candidate delivery and indication selection and I led in-licensing of assets (e.g. GPR35 agonists from Heptares) My team also provided research input for our immunology assets in Phase 2 & 3 (e.g. otilimab, anti-LAG3, anti-OSM). I continued to sponsor the Immunology Network at GSK and we have now hosted 10 leading academic immunologists on sabbatical at GSK since 2015
