Engagements - Resposible for a "Job satisfaction workshop for managers" based on a employee survey(made on 38.000 employees) - Accountable for new processes for both our internal and global employee training. - learn the SEM(seminar and education modules) computer system, efterwards implementing it in our PrimeServ Academy and then pass on my knowledge in an educational situation - Worked with FutureMatch for online coordination - Worked with Easycruit - Job rotation in the HR department - tested in JTI, Thomas DISC, Thomas EIQ og Career Clarification tests and from that gathered an understanding of employee testing - learned to structure and establish educational courses for training of personnel Competences - Intercultural communication - Holistic business understanding - Project management

Master's thesis: ”The Embeddedness of Corporate Values in Global Organizations-A Multiple Case Study of Grundfos A/S and MAN Diesel & Turbo” Relevant courses: Intercultural competences in an organizational context, globalization, organizational leadership & communication, crisis communication, organizational culture and national culture. Relevant projects: -"Knowledge Transfer through Transpatriates" a project in coorporation with Amdocs(Telenor) -"Culture Transfer" a project in coorporation with 2C Change -"Identities through Organizational Transition" a project based on MAN Diesel, Frederikshavn

Relevant projects: “Overcoming De-motivation during Downsizing” in cooperation with MAN Diesel, Frederikshavn ”Culture and Team-work” a theoretical project to see if it is possible to construct multi-cultural teams on the basis of nationalities.
