Hi, I'm Louise – Business Development Executive at Ideal Bathrooms. With over 23 years at Ideal Bathrooms, I’ve built a career grounded in service, teamwork and operational excellence. I started back in 2001 as a Customer Services Coordinator in a fast-paced B2B sales office—handling orders, returns, and all things client support. In 2015, I proudly took the lead on our new Home Delivery department, growing and managing a team of eight, while also supporting credit services and internal sales through KPIs, reports, and team coaching. After transitioning into a back-office operations role in 2022, liaising with transport, chasing back orders, and managing documentation—I’ve now stepped into an exciting new chapter. As of July this year, I’ve relocated to Northern Ireland with my family and am leading our expansion here, proudly developing our distribution channel in a brand-new region.
