Consult with Developers, Land Surveyors, Estate agents and Clients * 4. Give guidance / training to 5 Conveyancers and 15 Conveyancing Secretaries * 5. Assist in the drafting of Deeds * 6. Examine and approve deeds to be sent to Deeds Office for registration. * Following Processes * Deeds of Transfers, Estate Transfers, Certificate of Registered Title, Subdivisions, Servitudes, Township and Sectional Title establishment, diverse transactions ie.Section 4(1) (b), Section 68, Regulation 68, Section 45(1), Section 45(bis), Section 24(bis), Section 58(2) and others. * Sectional Title transactions and cessions, Bonds

* Examine deeds and documents for validity and registrability in order to secure: * Title in accordance with: * Common Law * Statutory Law * Case Law * Opening of sectional title register (registration of sectional title scheme, Sec 25 right to extent the scheme, Sec 26 Extension of scheme by addition of land to common property, Sec 27 Rights of exclusive use of parts of common property) * Subdivision / consolidation of sectional title units * Township register (registration of sec 46 general plans in terms of Ord. 15/1985 and Ord. 33/1934), * Subdivision / consolidation of land, * Transfers * Estate transfers ( Sec 45 application, estate sales ) * Expropriation of land, * Bonds ( bond cancellations / release of property ), * Notarial Deeds (long term lease agreements, servitudes ext.) * Activity * 1. Raise notes on faults in deeds. * 2. Give guidance to conveyancers / attorneys where * difficulties are experienced with drafting of deeds. * 3. Ensure transfer duty, property tax and stamp duty has * been levied according to prescribed tariffs and * procedures.
