QA Tester | Digital Operations | Freelance Developer I am currently employed at Thrive Agency as a Quality Assurance Tester, where I am responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of various internal applications. In addition to this, I manage a range of digital operations for the agency’s clients, working closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. Alongside my role at Thrive, I continue to work as a freelance web and mobile app developer for AdQuest. In this capacity, I contribute significantly to both the app's development and the accompanying website. AdQuest is an innovative mobile application designed to allow users to earn e-wallet cash by completing tasks such as playing games, reaching certain levels, and filling out surveys. The app employs gamification strategies to keep users engaged, encouraging them to explore the variety of games and surveys available. My involvement with AdQuest began nearly at the inception of the project, and I have played a crucial role in its evolution, including maintaining the platform, implementing new features, and more. During my time with AdQuest, I have witnessed the app grow to achieve approximately 100,000 downloads. Earlier in my career, I completed an internship at Thrive Agency, where I was tasked with refactoring the company’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and developing a basic attendance application that integrates with the HRIS. This experience provided me with valuable insights into enterprise systems and honed my skills in software development and project management. In addition to my professional work, I was also involved in a research project led by one of my college lecturers. Together with my team, I developed a simple yet engaging educational game aimed at children ranging from 4 - 6 years old, designed to help them learn basic concepts about the world around them.
