As a coach, I help English teachers improve their teaching skills, manage their classrooms more effectively, and engage their students by turning teaching theory into practical classroom strategies. My role includes providing one-on-one coaching with clear, practical feedback to help teachers grow and build confidence. I support teachers through pedagogical coaching by encouraging reflection and continuous improvement. I also design and lead training sessions on modern ESL approaches such as Task-Based Learning, Gamification, and AI-supported teaching. In addition, I help identify areas where teachers need support and assist them in improving classroom management and teaching delivery, while creating and sharing useful teaching materials and offering practical solutions for challenging classroom situations.

I teach English to young students through interactive and playful methods. I design and lead engaging activities, games, and creative workshops that help children learn English in a fun and natural way.

I managed a wide range of retail operations from handling personalized customer advice and sales transactions to optimizing store presentation. I created outfit displays, maintained stock levels, and coordinated in-store orders to ensure a smooth customer experience. I also took the lead on resolving client issues, including technical or service-related concerns, which required strong communication, autonomy, and reactivity. In addition, I had the opportunity to conduct screening and interviews during the recruitment day for SNIPES Mons, contributing to the selection of new team members. I furthermore participated in the store inauguration and visual setup for the opening of SNIPES Charleroi and SNIPES Namur, helping prepare the store layout and presentation prior to launch.

As a cashier at Primark, I worked in a highly fast-paced and highpressure environment, managing large volumes of customers while ensuring smooth and efficient checkout operations. I maintained order in queue lines, handled transactions quickly and accurately, and supported end-of-day restocking and tidying of the store. This role strengthened my stress management, multitasking, and organizational skills, as well as my ability to remain calm and customer-focused under pressure.

Worked across multiple departments, helping customers find the right sports equipment and apparel based on their needs, experience, and preferences. I provided personalized advice on a wide range of sports, ensuring each customer left with confidence in their purchase. Beyond customer interaction, I handled restocking and maintained product displays to keep the store organized and easy to navigate. I also worked at the checkout, processing transactions efficiently and supporting end-of-day procedures. My responsibilities included handling the store safe and applying proper security protocols.

Acquired advanced knowledge in corporate finance, financial markets, auditing, international marketing, and consumer behavior. Developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills through case-based learning and financial analysis. Gained a solid understanding of internal control systems, international accounting standards, and cross-cultural communication. This degree also reinforced abilities in teamwork, public speaking, and data-driven decision-making within a global business context.

Acquired strong analytical, quantitative, and managerial skills through a multidisciplinary program combining economics, law, mathematics, and business sciences. Gained solid foundations in microeconomics, macroeconomics, corporate finance, business law, accounting, probability, statistics, and digital transformation. This degree also emphasized communication in English, critical thinking, and sustainable development.
