About
As a loyal and dedicated Senior level Executive Assistant, I have remained loyal to one company for the past 20 years. I have successfully participated in and survived reorganization, company acquisition and restructuring, which added a tremendous amount of certification requirements and workload onto my plate, all of which I have managed with ease. With Six Sigma Certification and extensive experience in reviews, audits, reports preparation, executive level communications and project management experience, I am well versed in maintaining balance, organization and order, while being flexible enough to adjust to new environments, processes and procedures. My most impressive accomplishment was developing "The End Users to Using Conference Room Equipment", which won a project Innovation award and was subsequently rolled out to Corporate Conference Rooms across the globe. I tackle any project with gusto and also produce outstanding results. I continuously seek to expand my skill set and knowledge through challenging projects and proudly maintain strong expertise in planning and coordinating, along with process improvement.

Sr Executive Assistant to CTO
AST Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Business
Silicon Valley, California, United States

Senior Executive Assistant to Director of Technology
Sunnyvale, CA
I have been loyal to Raytheon since 1997 and have worked my way up from a Technical and Defense Marketing Specialist to a Senior Executive Assistant to 3 directors (Director of Operations & Infrastructure; Director of Supply Chain and Director of Technology) My most impressive accomplishment is to be involved with the quarterly IRAD review and reporting roll up to Raytheon Corporate and Space & Airborne systems division. I coordinate the Research and Development budget reviews for Senior PhD Fellow Scientists that are then rolled up to the Executive Summary for Corporate and Raytheon CEO. I oversee R&D review by reviewing the technical objectives, reviewing the team, reviewing the execution schedule and budget and assisting with the associated marketing and BD efforts. We proudly put 11% of our profits back into R&D as well as staffing for program execution. On top of this, I coordinate sensitive domestic and international travel arrangements.

Senior Executive Assistant to Director of Operations & Infrastructure
Sunnyvale, CA
I successfully coordinated the integration of administrative standards during the company acquisition of Applied Signal Technology and provided full executive partnership by managing complex calendars, assignments and special project support. I prepare monthly presentation platforms with financial information, deliverable metrics, inventory and production reports by utilizing analysis and summarization of annual trends. Prepare detailed expense reports for 3 directors, 10 direct report department managers and 40 employees for international and domestic travel within DCAA compliance. Slashed excess inventory carrying costs by 65% within a 12-month period by creating and implementing a process to identify and reduce "common build" inventory from isolated defense projects. I led and participated in multiple projects, including assisting in the development and implementation of the "End Users Guide to Using Conference Room Equipment" - which won an Innovation award from Raytheon and is being rolled out to corporate conference rooms across the globe. Other projects include: Manpower Staffing Calendar; and Conference Room Set-Up, which provides capabilities of conference rooms across the different locations, how many it can accommodate with reconfigured furnishings and if meal or refreshment service is required and how to best setup the room to maximize attendance. Train and mentored up to 5 new executive administrators on company processes, defense compliance regulations and software standards and performed on-boarding paperwork and training, along with separation activities and corporate card reconciliation.

Senior Executive Assistant to Director of Supply Chain
Sunnyvale, CA
The most important and noteworthy project in this position is my involvement in the Contract Purchasing Supply Review. Prior to being purchased by Raytheon, we were a small company of 600 employees. Our supply chain requirements were different based on our annual sales. Once we were acquired by Raytheon, our supply chain underwent more rigorous governance and compliance regulations. The CPSR was a very intensive 9 month review that resulted in passing the Defense Contracts Administration audit, but required a reorganization of staffing and new positions to be created. I am charged with building the supply chain division by coordinating new employee onboarding and overseeing contractors and participate as a member of the PRISM SW implementation team.

Executive Assistant to Engineering Process Group
Sunnyvale, CA
In this role, I implemented and coordinated the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integrated) engineering process training across 10 national sites, which is mandatory certification that is required by the government in order to bid on higher sensitivity proposals. This resulted in training of hundreds of engineers along with a Level 3 Company certification. Established training for CMMI seminars that increased participation and completion levels by 45%.

Technical and Defense Marketing Specialist
Sunnyvale, CA
I began my career at Applied Signal Technology, which was acquired by Raytheon in 2011. In this role, I ensured defense level compliance by reviewing and coordinating all operations division marketing and communications, planning and coordinating marketing booth information and processes for government sponsored information sessions designed for military and security contractors. Partnered with senior scientists, engineering, operations and sales to coordinate successful marketing efforts for special military and classified products and launched a distinct campaign that amplified revenue by 14% in 2000.
