I am passionate about Customer Service and Travel. I also love foreign languages and speak fluently in Spanish and Italian, and conversationally in French and German. I've lived in Spain and Italy, travelled extensively throughout Europe, North America, the Caribbean, Middle East and Australasia, so it's not really surprising that I've ended up working as a Travel Counsellor. So what is a Travel Counsellor? Well, I do everything that a high street agency does but with a personal touch. I try to understand what it is you're looking for in your perfect holiday or business trip and do my utmost to ensure you get it.
