HCM Architect responsible for end to end Workday implementation. Aon Hewitt is uniquely positioned to provide end-to-end Workday solutions for our clients. This includes HR Strategy (Change Management, Service Delivery Model Redesign, Readiness Assessment), Workday Deployments, and the ongoing Operation of our clients’ HR and Payroll functions on Workday as a platform. Functional consultant involved all aspects of a Workday implementation from the initial design workshops, guidance on data gathering, tenant configuration, business process design, testing support, issue resolution and end user training.

System: PeopleSoft 9.0 (Oracle) Responsibilities included reporting for HR and the business and auditing of existing HR data. Conducted global training for new and existing end users. Implemented global payroll and absence management in PeopleSoft as well as the Talent Acquisition Management module. Redesigned the Position Management process, carried out mass data uploads into PeopleSoft using Excel to CI and provided second line support for the HR Operations Department.
