As a Director of People & Culture at AnywhereWorks, I have over 20 years of experience in the HR field, with a passion for creating and implementing a vision and strategy that aligns with the company's mission, values, and goals. AnywhereWorks is a company that offers products and services designed to help people work and learn together, whether they're across a table or across the world. I lead and manage a global team of professionals, who support the HR, recruitment, training, retention, development, and engagement of our talented and diverse workforce. I leverage my skills in recruiting, strategic HR leadership, and Human Resources to design and deliver innovative and inclusive solutions that address the needs and challenges of remote work, such as employee wellness, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion. I also partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives and projects.
