Advise school districts on RTI, differentiated instruction, integrating technology. I work with individual students and groups to develop their strengths. I am developing programs of enrichment and publishing a math program.

Starting year four with five schools in Lundu and now five more schools in Papar, Sabah. Looking forward to working with a strong team who are committed to the transformation project. As Education Lead, I am leading two teams of Education Advisors, comprised of both international and national educators, to support ten schools in Lundu and Papar. We will work in the four strategic areas of Leadership, Teaching and Learning, Student Advocacy and Parent and Community Connections. Further, we are working to merge the TS programme with the government mandated SKPMg2. It is a fasinating process. The schools will work with LeapEd for about five years total and become Model Trust Schools for Malaysia.
