* I have prepared food within a 15 min window for multiple dining guest at any given time, maintained a clean work area, and plated food in a prompt and neat fashion all while ensuring food safety. * I have taken the lead in making sure that the kitchen is stocked and that all employees are aware of their role in making sure food goes out in a safe and timely matter by communicating with co-workers to provide accuracy. * I have also taken the role of shift-leading and training in my experience with Cracker Barrel. I have completed my Bachelor of the Arts degree in Criminal Justice as of 7/27/16.I am a member of Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, Inc. and have put in many hours of community service during my undergraduate period. I have mentored younger students than myself and introduced them to community service opportunities as well. Activities and Societies: Alpha Phi Omega
