Research and development of lower limb high-tech prostheses, including a robotic knee and ankle. Design of the prototypes from concept generation, to dynamic simulations with SIMULINK, mechatronic component sizing, CAD design, assembly, validation, and clinical trials.

• Designed new industrial HVAC units and supported production with continuous improvement strategies. • Lead the design and optimization of the assembly line for the new Daikin Hydrocube chiller product range.

• Did an in-depth analysis for the improvement and redesign of an automated DMFC MEA assembly line. • Invented a new innovative assembly method for the mentioned DMFC MEAs, which provided a tenfold improvement on cycle time. • Designed and manufactured an automated prototype assembly machine which uses the new patent pending assembly method invented.

• Independently responsible for the successful manufacturing of MEAs (Membrane Electrode Assemblies) for various major automotive companies. • Provided technical assistance to the scale up of the production of Phosphoric Acid Fuel Cells (PACF). • Redesigned a catalytic pellet machine and was in charge of the improvement of an inline blotting process. The findings were then proposed in a formal presentation to the company senior management team.

• Participated in the refurbishment of the “Auletta dei Gruppi Parlamentari” of the Italian Parliament for which I have drawn the As-built, was in charge of safety procedures, have managed the delivery and handling of materials. • Took part in a consultancy team for the analysis and planning of a bid for a competitive public tender upon the selling of the BNL branch in Via Veneto, Rome.

Erasmus programme conducted for my final year engineering project. Project focused on the design of an upgradeable modular coffee machine to reduce the product's environmental impact.
