✔ Managed $1B+ in programming to revitalize Afghanistan’s licit agricultural economy in the post-conflict period. ✔ Led multi-sector AgFairs attracting 600,000+ participants and 4,000+ buyers. ✔ Planted 15M+ trees, safeguarded biodiversity, and built irrigation systems for climate adaptation.

✔ Designed and led the Opportunity Alliance Fund, a regional initiative focused on rural economic diversification, trade readiness, and market integration across Central America. ✔ Spearheaded CAFTA implementation activities, including agricultural certification, labor standards reform, and trade promotion campaigns. ✔ Mobilized $50M+ in private sector investment to support rural producer organizations, cooperatives, and SMEs across Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras. ✔ Partnered with local governments, trade ministries, and U.S. interagency teams to drive structural reforms and expand export competitiveness in marginalized regions. ✔ Partnered with indigenous communities and cooperatives to ensure market access included those at the margins.
