Whether it's building global talent pipelines, leading cultural transformations, or championing DE&I, I thrive on turning complexity into clarity and vision into action. ✨ One of my proudest milestones? Leading the creation of HARMAN’s company-wide DE&I program, an initiative that’s not just about metrics, but about meaning, culture, belonging, and impact. My expertise spans: Led HR strategy through complex organizational changes including M&A integrations, labor relations, and global compliance. Deep manufacturing experience supporting business scale-up across joint ventures, acquisitions, and greenfield startups. Successfully navigated HR leadership in multicultural, global environments, bridging diverse perspectives across regions and functions. Played a key role in organizational design and transformation initiatives that enabled agility and growth in dynamic markets. ✨️ I’m passionate about empowering teams, elevating culture, and delivering HR solutions that fuel business success.
