As an Interim Key Holder I am responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience to all Boot Barn guests, embodying the Boot Barn mission, vision and values in all I do by demonstrating selling and service skills, product knowledge, merchandising and visual presentation skills and point-of-sale proficiency, including upholding KPI metrics across the board. I partner with the management team to attain sales goals, assist with staff development, and all store operations, including end of day closing.

Founder/Owner/Designer Projects Primarily with Custom Home Builders and Interior Designers Design Services New Business Development Creative Custom Closet Design and Space Planning for storage Strategically and mindfully aligned to individual Client Budgets High Level Ability to Implement Creative Design based on Customer Needs and Desires Creative Design Specifications Collaborate with clients, home builders, project managers, interior designers, production, and subcontractors, to establish project goals, objectives, and timelines. Develop and communicate detailed project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines throughout the project, from design to installation, managing expectations. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Upon commencement of installation, conduct site visits to inspect work and ensure conformance to design specifications and quality standards. Ability to multi-task multiple priorities simultaneously: Custom Design with Software, Customer Service, Product Management, Project Management, Field Supervision, Sales, Scheduling, Quality Control Establish and Implement Set Standards achieving consistent Business Operations
