Joined Network Rail to lead the delivery of diversity and inclusion to the railways and influence the rail industry - from recruitment to procurement. This appointment follows on from being awarded an MBE in the Queens Birthday Honours List June 2012, for my work at the Olympic Deliver Authority (ODA), leading the equality, inclusion, employment and skills during the development, design and construction of the Olympic Park and venues and facilities for London 2012. Through my company Merit Works, I worked on an international regeneration project - leading stakeholder engagement and community relations and marketing, ensuring effective inclusion and diversity. Multi-award winning leader of diversity, equality and inclusion from recruitment to training and staff development and supplier diversity in construction, engineering and the public sector. Award winning mentor, developing and leading organisational mentoring programmes and being an external mentor. Lead transformational change through organisational development, strategic development, developing diversity and equality strategies; integrating diversity and equality approaches into daily business activities - from procurement to board leadership.
