* Accounts Receivable: Made In and Out Bound calls for past due invoices, Audit and Mailed out Statements to customers, Prepped and Copied Checks for Cash Application department, Assist in Receptionist and Dispatcher's lunch and breaks * Acts as liaison with customer and participates in cross-functional activities to support invoice production and distribution * Distributes invoices as appropriate, by mail, email, web and other electronic methods * Responds to requests for invoice copies when appropriately assisting internal and external customers * Ensures resolution of issues related to day-to-day invoice processing * Update documented customer requirements and process changes * Completes special projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager * Reconciles invoices in accordance with company policy and resolves variances prior to customer presentment
