As a Construction Projects Manager specializing in ICI projects in the Greater Toronto Area and downtown core, I successfully led and delivered five projects within a year. As an Associate Project Manager, I worked within a team to help successfully deliver projects. I assisted in the procurement process, managed client budgets, monitor and control risks, changes, maintain open channels of communication within the project team, and manage the closeout documents. My main project focus areas are office renovations and relocation's, tenant fit ups, and tenant improvements.

During my time as Project Coordinator at CBRE, I was contracted to work exclusively with a single client, where I was apart of their refresh project team. As a team we completed over 250,000 sq ft of new construction and occupied tenant fit up projects across Canada. I managed the clients budget for all construction, AV, furniture procurement, and move services. I implemented a new project tracking system that assisted in the tracking of furniture procurement, installation, and a post installation support system. I managed several moves to ensure construction could continue while the space was occupied, and moving upwards of over 1500 staff during the tenant fit up.
