Identifying talent acquisition needs for an upcoming product and working to build a core team from scratch. Working closely with Founders and identify the hiring needs. Meeting the in-house hiring needs for both technical & non-technical professionals and also managing offer negotiation, Onboarding. Manage end-end recruitment and redefined the process of hiring for the roles of Engineering Manager, Director, VP/AVP roles. Collaborated with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

• Responsible for identifying the right talents through various channels such as Job Portals, social media, Networking, Employee referrals as well as internal database. • Develop and execute innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open speciality niche positions. • Working directly with the global business leaders and managing the entire recruitment cycle for Product and R&D Units. • Manage employee referral submittals and work with business leaders to create robust reach-out strategies to attract the best in the industry. • Diversity focused hiring to ensure a better DEI ratio. • A background in building a network in (at least one) talent segment, and Subject Matter Expert-level knowledge in that network. • Introduced HMs to the pilot project – Early-in-career and followed the goals set for the project in recruiting talent.

• Managing end to end talent acquisition for lateral hires from • sourcing to offer roll-out. Responsible for sourcing from internal databases, employee • referrals, LinkedIn & various job portals. Attending intake meetings with stakeholders and group heads to • plan strategies and weekly updates. Preparation of Offer Letters & post offer activities. Ensuring best candidate experience through constant communication. Collection of documents for Background verification. Build weekly hiring status reports for the team and the business. • Involve in skill-based market research.

• Vendor and client management. • Complete IT Recruitment lifecycle. • Sourcing of resumes through GOM(Global opportunity market place), Job portals and networking sites. • Ensure seamless communication between recruitment team and tech panel. • Updating Daily trackers and ensure that recruitment plans and targets are met on schedule and within the budget. • Contacting candidates and conducting preliminary interviews to assess communication skills and expectations. • Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, and other related information.
