• Involved in the planning and development of annual risk-based audit • Provide independent assurance that an organisation’s risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively. • Member of the Group’s Risk Management Committee • Assist various stakeholders within the Group on advisory services in relation to governance, risk management and internal control. • Involved in the continuous Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) in alignment with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards, and keeping abreast of industry best practices and relevant standards.

• Experienced auditor in managing a portfolio of audit clients comprising public listed companies and private companies in various industries such as automotive, plantation, logistics and warehousing solutions, shipping, support services and IT services. • Provide additional non audit works to audit clients i.e. FRS trainings, deferred tax courses, drafting of statutory financial statements and other industry updates. • Well versed with Bursa Malaysia’s ruling requirements • Involved in SOX audit for an US based manufacturing company. • Experienced in the review of profit forecast, proforma balance sheet and prospectus for proposed restructuring schemes and submission for initial public offering. • Reviewed client’s finance functions, identified weaknesses and proposed remedial actions based on the industry best practise.
