Position: Senior Manager, NPI (2021/04 – Present), Manager, NPI (2019/09 – 2021/03) Department: NPI 1. Led various functional teams in NPI department and cooperated with the global functional teams to promote various deliverables in the PDP stages, committed to the trial production of new products in the factory to meet customer needs, and enabled new products to be introduced into mass production stage. 2. As a department manager, ensure that the goals of the functional teams within NPI department align with the strategy of the BU, set up the teams' KPIs, monitor the KPIs, and push the teams to achieve the goals. Responsible for performance management and compensation planning/management. Responsible for recruitment, interview, and training of new employees. 3. Responsible for the department's annual training plan, team building, team development activities, two-way (top-down, top-down) communication, and other administrative activities and affairs. 4. Led the Project Management and Engineering Planning team for the trial production, yield, and design verification of new products in the factory, delivered the new product to customers on time and in good quality, and released new products to the mass production stage. 5. Led the Configuration Management team for change management, document releases, and related process improvement. As a process owner, establish/maintain/update processes and procedures to pursue best practices. 6. Led the Drafting Engineering team for the work instructions documentation and update of work instructions. 7. Led the PCBA engineering team for PCBA documents and PCBA BOM, providing PCBA documentation and test specifications to PCBA suppliers. 8. Promote various tools such as PFEMA, DFX, DFM, DFA, and 8D in the factory. 9. As a SME, provided professional suggestions for the establishment and continuous improvement of the company's business processes. 10. Participated in various internal and external audits of QMS, NPI and ECOs.

Position: Manager, Engineering (2016/11 – 2019/09), Assistant Engineering Manager (2014/04 – 2016/11) Department: NPI, Sustaining Engineering 1. Led a Non-EE team composed of Engineering Planners, Mechanical Engineers, Configuration Management Analysts, and Component Engineers, cooperating with the EE team to be responsible for the work support in the design and development of new products (derivatives) and product technical support in various functions. 2. Led the Engineering Planning team to carry out the production of new products (derivatives) and ETO projects to meet customer needs and introduce new products into mass production. 3. Responsible for transferring the Configuration Management team from the United States to Shenzhen, establishing the team and capability to support the product change process, and leading the team to improve the engineering change process to shorten the change cycle time. 4. Led the Component Engineering team to be responsible for all part number applications within the company, as well as search and technical support for alternative materials, sorted out product BOM for new product development, and identified EOL (End of Life) risks of components as early as possible to maintain the sustainability of products/designs. Process AVL (Approved Vendor List) changes and PCN (Product Change Notification). In line with the company's strategic change, transferred the Component Engineering team to other countries. 5. Led the Mechanical Engineering team, provided product technical support to the engineering department, designed mechanical parts for new products (derivative products), and participated in Engineering to Order (ETO) projects.

Position: Senior Engineer, Mechanical (2013/05 – 2014/03), Engineer B, Mechanical (2010/03 – 2013/04), Engineer A, Mechanical (2007/02 – 2010/02) Department: Sustaining Engineering, Operation 1. Provided technical support for product and production to maintain product sustainability by solving mechanical issues, addressing supplier callbacks, and creating ECOs for product changes. 2. Led a small Mechanical Engineering team to co-work with FTC designers on product development and various projects including cost-saving and source localization for mechanical parts. 3. Created work instruction documentation for products, designed fixtures/devices for manufacturing, designed shipping packages for products, and developed new process methods for product manufacturing.

Engaged in the design and development, testing, evaluation, and other work of robot and factory automation equipment, including the mechanical structure and transmission of the entire machine, the design of each unit, the design of the pneumatic circuit, the design and drawing of parts, the assembly of pre-production guidance, testing, evaluation work, and the promotion of mass production. 2. Used 3D CAD (SolidWorks) and CAE tools to design the mechanical structure of the robot, generated 2D drawings, and created/maintained BOM for new products. 3. Followed up on the mechanical parts manufacturing at the supplier site and product assembly in the factory to verify the design.
