At my position at RadioShack, I assisted customers with finding solutions to their electronic and wireless complications by offering and demonstrating products that matched the customer's needs. To provide excellent customer service, I maintained knowledgeable on emerging technologies and information. Manage inventory counts weekly, daily bank deposits, open and closing duties, and assisted in the training of new employees while sustaining above average numbers in sales.

At William Lake LLC, I was presented with an opportunity to work with a contractor who specialized in constructions and renovation projects in attempts to increase the property value in the Jackson, MS area. Over the course of the projects we completed, which consists of a house renovation, a beach house proposal, an apartment proposal, and an ongoing adaptive reuse project, I have provided plans, elevations, interior and exterior renderings as well as research on building and fire codes. Throughout these experiences I gained knowledge of the client/architect relationship, the means and methods of constructions and its importance related to cost when managing a budget, and insight on managing a project's direction though the phases of the project.
