- Verified incoming deliveries against purchase orders and inspected stock condition. - Conducted stock counts and reported stock-outs and critical alerts to management. - Managed documentation, GRV invoicing, and petty cash handling. - Assisted with front and back-office operations to streamline store processes. - Provided customer support, resolved queries, and maintained store organization.
