Updating and communicating various collection tracking documents to ensure clarity between the production managers, designers, creative director and the in house atelier through: - PLM (codification) - Indesign (Overview, Modelario) - Excel (Collection Plan) Served as a contact for internal and external communications related to collections, studio projects, and model management. Meeting Preparation & Setup: Prepare and set up for meetings to ensure smooth execution between designers, creative director and product manager. Managing the transfer of pieces between the showroom, atelier, archive and press and workshops coordinating logistics to ensure that items are moved efficiently and securely with a record. Show preparation of SS25 - Siempre Legati - Styling : descriptions of the looks for stylists, organisational help. - Documents for the preparation and day of the show (looks, numbers, titles). - Exporting and retrieving of the collection from space to show locations ensuring in good conditions and securely. - Packing all styling items, extra small things that were needed.

Seasons - SS23, FW23, SS24, FW24 Product Development - managing 100-150 prototypes per season - Main person of contact in between the atelier, the designers, the manufactures, factories (prototype + SMS). - Fitting / Normalisation of PPS + Production. - Exchanging with the fabric manufacturers, placing the orders, monitoring + managing. - Preparing / Shipping all the launches (patterns, fabric / trims, technical folders). - Receiving and ensuring the quality of the prototypes in between manufacturers + fitting + redoes. - Billing Collection Coordinator - Updating the process of the collection on Indesign, Excel. - Creating and updating the collection plan, linesheet for showroom (press + sales). - Organising the fittings, while updating any changes, taking pictures and exchanging with the creative director. - Assisting various shootings videos and photography: packshot (e-com, linesheet), campaign shoots, lookbooks. - Smooth exchange between space and press office / personal requests. Designing / Pattern Making - Vintage research / moodboard research. - Artistic drawings, as well as making the technical drawings/ sheets/ folders to facilitate the communications with all departments. - Fabrics and trims research - in Paris as well as online and Premiere Vision. - Printmaking - using Adobe Indesign / Photoshop. - Patternmaking and gradation, as well as cutting the fabric, and industrial machine sewing. Show Roles - SS23, FW23, SS24, FW24, SS25, FW25 - Casting of models leading up to the show (communication with agents). - Research and arrangement of the show location as well as the preparation space. - Person of contact show day to facilitate communications with mua, hair artists, models, dressers, extra people. - Creating all necessary documents: numbers, styling sheets, model boards, mua/hair boards, look board. - Organizational tasks, updating everyone, packing / moving in between prep space and show space, model check up, head of line up.

Upcycled jewelry that were sold on exclusively SSENSE, using vintage finds mixing it with charms and various jewels found in Paris.
