As a new partner at Tumbleweed Spirits, I have also launched my own incorporation, LMK Enterprises Ltd., which manages the Tumbleweed alcohol production contract and extends beyond it. Under LMK Enterprises, I focus on bar and restaurant consultation, private bartending events, and cocktail syrup production. As an alcohol industry professional, these ventures enhance my expertise, broaden my portfolio, and shape my long-term career in the world of craft spirits and hospitality.

Head Distiller at tumbleweed is one of the great opportunity I received, as a head distiller production of spirits and other alcohol beverages is the main duty and responsibility Tumbleweed Distillery offers more than 10 product at the retails store and more on the way which I will be working towards creating. Looking forward to create more wonderful spirits.

• Help guest to clarify their doubts about wine, beer, cider and spirits • Providing VIP tours of winery, brewery, and distillery followed my tasting of the products • Providing guests with the right information regarding wine, beer, cider, and spirits. • Representing Niagara College winery in Wine awards events and wine festivals like Cuvée. • Providing the guest with the right information about the wine club, growler club. • Do food and wine pairing for all the wine festivals like Days of wine and chocolate, Icewine festivals, and many more. • Handling winery and brewery events. • Handling winery and brewery retail store. • Handling the tour operation of winery and brewery. • Volunteer in Icewine grape harvesting. • Work with the winemaker in the bottling of wine and cider. • Participating in various winery fundraising event.

• Worked under different departments like Kitchen, housekeeping, front office, restaurants, guest relations, Human resources. • Greet arriving members/guests and bid farewell to departing members/ guests • Assist with guest/tour arrivals to ensure a smooth and orderly flow. • Worked as a barista in the banquet. • Banquet setup for events. • Bartending in all the banquets events. • Handling banquet food and beverage services. • Guest check-in and check out procedure • Working with housekeeping store managers to ensure the completion of demands of supplies and delivering them. • Guest Service.

It is an hands on experience for making and creating alcohol. From fermentation to distillation to barrel aging to bottling everything was covered by Niagara College Artisian Distillation program.

Three Years of degree in Hospitality in which all aspect related hospitality was been taught. Different types of service like Ala Carte, Table d'Hote, Gueridon service, production of Alcohol, Front Office and Housekeeping services.
