Established and promoted the H. Dawson brand in the Indian wool market growing the business 520% from 10 Full Container Loads (FCL) to 52 FCL in the first year of employment. Proposed a new pricing structure & product mix appropriate for the Indian market that gave new wings to the Indian operations of the company. The strategy paid off returning an average 150% year-over-year sales growth while maintaining steady profitability. Expanded into new sectors like wool knitwear & fine wool spinning bringing new brand name customers and adding a new dimension to the Indian operations. The activities covered all aspects of sales and client service including market trend analysis, demand projections, sales, new business development, data collection on various fibers, and regular interactions with world-wide suppliers. Expert in a wide variety of wool types from New Zealand, Australia, England, South America, Middle East, South Africa, China and various other origins. Additional expertise in selling high end specialty fibers such as Mohair, Angora, Alpaca, etc.
