• Building and maintaining relationships with HR partners, business leaders. • Building and maintaining relationships with key campus partners, including but not limited to; career centers, campuses, Placement officers and student leaders. • Engaging leaderships' participation in campus recruiting events and interview processes. • Communicating campus recruitment action plans and results to HR partners and business leaders. • Ensuring business leaders receive quality training on how to execute the campus recruitment processes and programs. • Creating and executing an actionable diversity recruitment plan. • Staying updated with current market conditions and industry trends. • Representing the Target brand by promoting Target India as an employer of choice. • Execute campus strategy by attending on-campus recruiting; Interview campus fresher's to assess fit at Target India for open positions as well as long term potential with the organization. Provide feedback, insight and consultation to leadership regarding candidates for the selection process. • Lead and execute on a variety of recruiting related projects to help campus recruitment processes enhance further and ensure a great brand experience for candidates and campuses across Target-India • Ensuring execution of the pre-on boarding program for all candidates that have accepted a position at Target. Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Track recruitment activity - Be aware of and communicate analytical data about all facets of the hiring process, including, effectiveness of recruiting sources, interviews, hires, turndowns, and declined offers. Ensure that technology is used productively. • Driving intern conversion through executing the internship program for business area.

Responsible for end to end recruitment and building the talent pipeline for the business to achieve the hiring targets for the LOB within the standard timelines. • Participated in the Campus strategy for the business in partnership with HR/Business teams to facilitate hiring of Graduates/ MBA's /CA's etc from Campus. • Participated in the vendor strategy for the business by building on vendor relationships, monitoring and reporting periodically on vendor performance through business matrices to effectively improve candidate conversion ratios & overall quality of vendor service to the business. • Build successful partnerships with local and global stakeholders. • Effectively partner with HR colleagues in driving the recruitment agenda for the businesses supported in India.
