Responsible for all IT infrastructure assets and services across the RWE global geography, comprises the management, steering, roadmap definition, development and provisioning of stable and effective IT infrastructure services related to cloud & Datacenter, Connectivity & Unified Communication, Workplace Technology, End User Computing, IT Service Management, IT Infra Strategy & Architecture, Project Portfolio Management, Governance & Communication.

Programme objective is to standardise and leverage synergies as much as possible for the commercial optimisation business & IT across OpCo's.  Adopt Company standard business processes to enable synergies across Group. Provide a standard & stable ETRM solution that meets both global and country specific needs across the group.  Enabling IT & systems for the commercial North America business, Integrate CE & APAC and UK & IE commercial teams into existing IT and business functions  Roll-out of IT systems & processes into new geographies, Enhance existing IT & system landscapes with new capabilities required by the business  Ensuring and delivering highest quality is key to the Programme. That is why the Programme utilise well established IT systems & processes.

 Responsible for Shaping sustainable and innovative IT infrastructure services and solutions to satisfy application requirements and actively promote the implementation of the digital strategy.  Communicating and representing decisions, policies, standards and trends in business IT which helps in Defining and building effective processes between IT Infrastructure and business IT.  Evaluating and planning new or changed customer requirements with regard to interdependencies to parallel activities in alignment with the IT infrastructure & digital strategy.  Leading Business Growth activities across Geographies and provide relevant IT Infrastructure by developing creative solutions by applying Dev Ops, Agile and Waterfall to reduce delivery timelines.

IT Transition Program Manager responsible for Transition and Integration of EON and Innogy Renewables into RWE Renewables. • Drives the development and execution of the IT infrastructure project plan by working with the different project team to define, sequence and estimate duration of project activities and duration of schedule to meet project objectives. • Ensures adherence to PMI, Price2 standards, processes and policies for all the projects. • Manages all aspects of the project execution including scope, requirements gathering, project planning, change control and status reporting. • Manages the identification, resolution, and escalation of project issues and risks. • Provides weekly project status updates via Project management tools to include: o Overall status indicator (red, yellow, green) o Schedule activities with resource assignment and estimated completion dates o Percent complete, based on resource effort, estimated vs. expended o A high-level summary of project issues • Plans and executes project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members

• Assure all ITIL processes are implemented across RWE. Building and Monitoring process compliance framework around ITIL Processes. • Define and implement, policy, procedures and plans for effective Change Mgmt., IT Service Continuity Mgmt., Service Asset and Configuration management process and IT Risk Management Process. • Own and Deliver ITIL Awareness within RWE based on the awareness program designed by Process Governance team.

- Managing and delivering of large scale engagement like Greenfield implementation of Endur at RWE - Subject matter experts in ETRM domain, Market Risk Reporting, OpenLink Endur & Findur and Gas Market PROJECTS: Client & Project: RWE Supply & Trading Tenure Jul 2013 till Jun 2016 Description: Project was 3+ years, 3 phased, program to replace the current V8 Endur with Greenfield V12 Endur with emphasis on standardization and increasing Endur footprint. Role: Functional & QA lead of the program Reported: Senior Program Manager. Responsibility: Responsible for overall Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Stakeholder Management and also led an extended team of 40 members, Skill/Domain ETRM Knowledge, OpenLink Endur, Manual Testing, HP-ALM, JIRA, and Project Management. Sr. Associate L2 (2012) Sr. Associate Trading & Risk Management, L1 (2012) Jan 2012 till Dec 2013 Responsible for Endur & Functional Testing in RWE Germany and India PROJECTS: Client & Project: RWEST - gDispatch Tenure: Oct 2012 till Jun 2013 Description: Implementation and delivery of gDispatch application used for gas nomination. Responsibility: Responsible for on time delivery and budget of application used for nomination short term optimization within intricate trading. - OpenLink Findur upgrade from v6 to v8. Setup of Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE) in Manila and defined services based on Business KPI - Worked for hedge funds with specialization into Gneva Accounting system & other operational work. - Creating Technical, Functional and design documents. Performed the end user training, knowledge transfer and production support activities. SELECTED PROJECTS: Client & Project: Manulife Financial (formerly known as John Hancock) Tenure: Apr 2009 till Feb 2011 Description: Project was to upgrade Findur version 6.0 to version 8.1 as part of merger between Manulife Financial and John Hancock.
