One year assignment working remotely for IBM as an Insurance Industry Specialist in Austin, Texas. Moved to CT and worked in the the Insurance Industry HQ group. Manager of Customer Support for Financial Industry Customers.

Responsible for writing technical manuals for IBM Office machines. Implemented first centralized Shared Logic administrative center with decentralized satellites throughout the manufacturing site.

Trained IBM customers to use IBM Office Machines. Specialized in tape and card memory machines that focused on print publications.

Manage a non-profit, all-volunteer organization focused on showcasing visual fine arts. Visit our website (MauiArtsLeague.org) to learn more about the type of activities that Maui Arts League is involved with. Current project is to build a visual fine arts museum on West Maui. We sponsor the Maui Plein Air Painting Invitational (MauiPleinAirPainting.org), a week-long art event held each year in February. Since its inception, 11 years ago, the event has sold more than $1.4 million dollars of artwork. 25 artists produce 175+ paintings throughout the week and 2000+ guests attend.

Worked throughout college while attending Western Michigan University. Rec'd a BBA from WMU and a MBA from St. Edward's Universtity. Both colleges located in Kalamazoo, MI. At the time I attended school to get my MBA Univ. of Texas did not offer night classes. Professors from UT taught night courses at St. Edwards, where I received my MBA.

Finished up my MBA at St. Edwards University, having transferred credits from Western Michigan University. St. Edward's University was the only evening master program available in Austin, Texas at the time and I was working at IBM at the time. Fortunate for the students many of the evening teachers were University of Texas professors.
