Project 1: Auto Glove Weighing Machine • Fully automated the entire glove weighing process. • Logged continuous glove weight data with accurate timestamp. • Monitored glove weight data remotely and in real time using Power BI. • Linked glove weight to other process parameters for glove weight control. • Integrated glove weighing to CN auto dosing system to improve glove weight control. Project 2: Empty link and Empty Former Counting Rollout • Indicated starting points for every production lines. • Designed, manufactured, and installed U-shape bracket with attached magnet. • Installed sensors on production lines to detect magnet on U-shape bracket.
