As Chief Transformation and Digital Officer, I'm in charge of a team of internal consultants, business analysts, and transformation leaders. We are in charge of carrying out the overall transformation of the group, by leveraging new trends and technologies; this ranges from business process reingeneering to designing the future IT systems to leveraging emerging technologies.

Within the Business Unit dedicated to the Utilities, services, and industrial markets, I was in charge of the Technical Office. This position included the following responsibilities: - manage the teams of experts (J2EE, .Net, EAI, DBA, mobility, and security): this team grew from 5 to over 20 people over the 2 years - manage the commercial leads from a technical point of view - RFI, and RFP's technical delivery - define the financial and training policies regarding the experts

In this position, I had a strong pre-sales activity (RFI, RFP, technical and functional background delivery). The core of my activities concerned the definition of long-term IT roadmaps, and IT strategy. I've mostly worked for utility companies in France and the UK.
