Responsible for Operational Excellence Project Deployment & Strategy Plan - Joint Responsible for KPI strategy setting for plants. Monitor, coach review the activities planned annually for plant KPI achievement with the respective GMs. - Review monthly plant P&L with the GMs and correlate with potential exposure for improvement and sustainment based on original plant strategies and counter strategies based on review findings. - Driving Change from Lean projetcs into Operational Excellence methodology towards reaching enterprise excellence. - Liaise with Plant operational team and the GMs on day to day operational issue solution ideas for all functional and operations functions. - Reports to the VP of Global Lean Projetcts

Involved in Quality Improvement activities and ensure compliance towards QMS (ISO13485/JPAL/US FDA) and other relevant standards Support and conduct Supplier Audit as per supplier audit program Support manufacturing team in addressing non-conformance. Conduct Internal Audit to minimize non-conformance Perform validation & FAT on new Machine/Process (PVC U PIP’s Program) Lead and manage site nonconformance review board (CAR QSRB) Support customer complaint and CAPA in addressing root cause analysis. Overall Quality management of IPQC (PVC U Plant), sampling, testing, disposition Reporting, process audit and record maintenance. Overall Quality Management of Soak Lab on testing, disposition and record Maintenance. Reporting of quality metrics to Senior Management Manage non-conformance to ensure timely closure and effective corrective Action Lead Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Quality Improvement Projects. Support and involve in NPI products with R&D and Manufacturing team. Provide SPC training for newly hired employee. Explore and execute any cost saving activities that will benefit the company Perform and lead PFMEA for plant wide products and meet the datelines as per schedule.Owner of the site PFMEA procedure. Support CAPA & Customer Complaint investigation team in root cause analysis (RCCA) Support production in yield improvement activities & waste reduction through Lean principal Remove waste in process/manufacturing through lean Value stream mapping/lean tools. Conduct workload analysis for QA inspector and remove non value added movement, Perform validation on new Machine/process.(DOE/MSA) Plant wide Statistical Process Control (SPC) & Cp/Cpk Optimization Drive down Plant DPM & LRR Issuance & maintain NC database Lean VSM

overall operation of QA department Prepare Control Plan ,Process Flow of a process and SOP To lead, motivate quality inspectors (IQC, IPQC, & OQC) and technicians to achieve the company objectives and goals. Create and maintain company quality documents such as Quality Manual. Coordinate and prepare for internal & external audit and follow up all the findings for closure Interface with customer and supplier on quality related issues. Responsible for equipment calibration & verification. Liaise with SIRIM and Suruhanjaya Tenaga in order to obtain product certification for each product being developed or manufactured Maintain product testing, sampling and disposition.
