Support new program launches globally by preparing software and hardware designs for body shops. Emulate logic using digital twin concept to identify and remediate issues early in the project. Execute controls retrofit and upgrade to global common standards on Non portfolio projects. Develop lean controls and scalable solutions to address complexity. Train regional resources at plant and supplier partners on global common standards.

Providing manufacturing engineering support to paint shops in GM International Operations region (India, China, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, Australia, Russia, South Africa & Egypt). Lead Global Paint Automation & Paint Mix Technical Team. Expertise: Paintshop Projects Planning, Scheduling & Execution. Simulations, Programming and Optimizations on DURR, FANUC, MOTOMAN & ABB Paint Robots. Color matching and Color harmony.

Prepare business cases for advanced technology implementation and capacity expansion projects. Providing technical inputs for virtual simulation analysis on paintshop bottlenecks and throughput studies. Support new product launches and process improvements. Conduct competitive benchmarking surveys on Paint appearance & Color harmony. Support greenfield paint shop installations and commissioning.
