I am the CEO of TrustedFixers.tech, a remote-first tech support service launching with a soft release in December 2025 and a full public launch in January 2026. We help individuals, families, seniors, carers and small businesses solve everyday technology problems quickly, safely and with complete transparency. TrustedFixers allows customers to buy shareable support hours and request help through chat, phone or secure screen-sharing. Every session uses a 6-digit verification code, is tracked to the minute, and ends with a clear, plain-English summary. Our remote support is global, with in-person visits starting in Sydney and London. We specialise in resolving common tech frustrations: computers and phones, email issues, printers, Wi-Fi, smart devices, TVs and account access challenges. Customers can also submit messages for fast “Is this a scam?” checks, helping them stay safe online. Our service is built on three foundations: Security first – privacy-safe workflows, mutual verification, automatic prompts to hide sensitive screens, and GDPR-aligned practices. Senior-friendly support – patient guidance, plain language, clear UI and carer controls. Transparency – clear billing, shared plans, usage tracking and detailed summaries. We offer personal plans, elderly/carer bundles, and business tiers with SLAs, dashboards and per-user usage insights. My focus is on building a trusted, human, secure and accessible support experience for people who want simple, reliable help with the technology they use every day.

Tapes to digital is an Australian company that offers a quick and professional service that converts VHS tapes to USB. This allows people to enjoy their treasured memories and share them friends and family. As the Founder / Owner, I am responsible for managing the build of our websites from content writing (for SEO), design, site speed, and onsite SEO. This includes partnering with other multiple contractors in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth to convert tapes in their local areas, analysing the activity of our customers on the site, and overseeing UK locations in Croydon, London and Crewe, Cheshire. I also integrate Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to track customer conversions, build SEO campaigns and offsite links for the business, work with offshore staff in the Philippines, Sri Lanka and India, and use Ahrefs and MOZ to monitor and optimise content. Key Achievements: • Oversaw the development of a custom-built CRM that manages the life cycle of customer orders. • Helped the team integrate Quickbooks for invoices. • Played a key role in marketing, including SEO PPC and Facebook ad campaigns of these websites.

IQVIA, formerly Quintiles and IMS Health Inc, is a multinational company serving the combined industries of health information technology and clinical research. As a BI Consultant, I used SQL Server and MySQL to work on the database end of Webfocus and MicroStrategy product, generated complex reports for the customers using SQL, traversed ETL processes using stored procedures, automated the movement of files from different source locations, and created and ran automated jobs to obtain files from various sources and executed stored procedures. I also used Excel to complement the BI processes, maintained and supported the existing data warehouse and reporting systems, oversaw stored procedures and fixed issues where data variances occurred, liaised with clients and fixed data issues in the front-end portal, trained the newer team members and aided their growth. Key Achievements: • Automated the movement of files from different source locations (SQL Agent Jobs). • Successfully wrote QA and other procedures to complement the current ETL processes.
