+ Research and evaluate prospective suppliers. + Maintain good relationships with close vendors. + Updating fluctuation of price and promotion from suppliers. + Manage inventories, delivery time, qualification, pricing records. + Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contract, ensure to get high cost-efficient. + Use OMS system (internal system) for taking place an order, keep following up PO until the project handover is acceptable by customer. + Co-operate with other departments (sales, engineers, accountants...) in daily tasks in English by verbal and non-verbal performance while implementing the project. + Support to do import/export works: prepare documents for applying custom declaration. + Review contract, payment document to clear payable before the due date. + Perform other activities of the procurement department as required.
