Main Responsibilities: - Manage the dedicated docs and follow up inbound processes starting from receiving customer order, issuing purchase order in SAP, informing Regional Customer Service in Singapore for shipment booking, manually creating Sales contract, tracking shipping schedule and documents from IOI system, informing to Service Provider for docs preparation, submitting original invoice to Evonik VN Finance division, uploading CDS (Clearance Data Sheet) into SAP for Evonik Hub payment, collecting debit note and supporting docs to Evonik VN Finance for payment to Service Provider.  - Working closely with sales team for inventory planning and ordering ensure proper stock availability to serve customers. - Responsible from order processing to tax invoice issuing for customers: new customer registration for SAP master data, sales contract, delivery processing, warehouse & delivery arrangement, delivery note collection, SAP internal billing, tax invoice issuing timely. - Generate report from SAP system to meet sale requirements. - Working with third party service on warehouse, transportation, relevant costs for smooth delivery. - Coordinate with sales team and finance department to check the overdue payment and chase the overdue if any. - Take charge of Vietnam outbound fulfillment: problem solving regards to the supply chain process with customers and Logistics Service Provider. - Assistant tasks to Sales division on marketing activities. - Forecasting, target volume for the upcoming shipment and inventory. - SAP trainer for the new comer. Main contact person for SAP-IT correction. - Handle 08 Myanmar & 02 Cambodia customers starting with L/C opening, shipment tracking, and special docs request provision.  Also support Myanmar customers to provide all necessary docs for import permitted license.

Main Responsibilities: - Account processing for Air and Ocean Shipments Logistics from HCMC to NYC, LAX, DUS, CHI, HAM, Korea and other international shipping ports. - Provide pre-alert documentation for all shipments (Sea and Air) before sending to agent. - Doing freight note/ debit note for Customers to settle their payment. - Track all logistic accounts and provide solutions to any problems prior to arrival of destination. - Follow up payable and receivable account. - Prepare and finalize monthly report. - Handle, classify and record incoming phone calls and in/out correspondence, faxes, documents, etc. - General administrative duties.
